After Microsoft completed their rollback yesterday, we were able to observe systems coming back online. We are considering this incident Resolved.

Microsoft has successfully completed their rollback, and we are beginning to see functionality return to the affected systems. If you continue to see errors, we suggest clearing your internet cache, logging out of the affected service, then trying again. Please note that services may function slowly while the system regains stability.

Identified -
We continue to monitor the efforts of Microsoft in trying to resolve this ongoing issue. Microsoft reports they are in the process of reverting back to their last known good configuration of the affected systems. Once this is completed, we expect services will begin to regain functionality.
The next update will be communicated by 2:00pm.

Login to VIU systems may not be working. This could include:

Exchange Online
Microsoft 365 Suite
ETC
If you are unable to access one of the administrative systems, wait 5 minutes and try again.
