Scheduled - What is impacted: Employee and student computers; Microsoft is changing how Office 365 (aka M365) updates are installed on our devices. These updates will now occur more frequently than in the past. Moving from a semi-annual update to monthly updates. As a result, the July update will be larger than normal, bringing our software up to date for next month’s updates.
Level of impact: App restart. This update will attempt to install while you are not actively using Office apps, as it will need to restart Office to complete. If it cannot find a time when Office is not actively in use, it may prompt you to save your work so it can restart Office.
Timing: Beginning Thursday, July 16, at 1 am. Continuing until all computers updated.

Investigating - Employees and students using MacOS devices are having to re-authenticate each time they print to the FindMe printer queue.
Known MacOS versions that are experiencing this behavior:
Tahoe 26.4 and 26.4.1
Sequoia 15.7.5
Sonoma 14.8.5
This challenge may extend to other PaperCut managed printers. The PaperCut vendor's support team have reached out to Apple to find a solution.
