Some VIU Websites returning a 404 error.

A challenge with our web-hosting service resulted in a 404 error message being displayed when attempting to access some of our websites.

Some of the impacted websites include:
Alumni.viu.ca
Facilities.viu.ca
Residence.viu.ca
Technology.viu.ca (you can still access this site at https://ithelp.viu.ca/TDClient/169/ITPortal/Home/)

These error started appearing around 2:45pm, Tuesday, August 19. The websites began coming back online at 3pm.
