What is impacted: IT Client Portal and TDX Ticket System; Our vendor, TeamDynamix, is installing updates to our TDX Ticket System. During this time the IT Client Portal, and the IT Ticket System will be unavailable. Level of impact: Service Interruption. During the maintenance period Employees and students will be unable to access the IT Client Portal. Additionally, our TDX Ticket System will be unavailable. Emails sent in to update or create tickets during the maintenance window will queue up in their respective inboxes. Once the system is back online, it will begin processing them as normal. Timing: Beginning at 9pm, Friday, March 14. Ending at 1am, Saturday, March 15. Preparation: None required.
