What is impacted: Guest access to VIU Teams/M365 Services; If you have invited a Guest to access Teams (and other Microsoft 365 Services) some new timers are being added their access. If they have not accepted the invite within 30days or have not used their Guest access in the last 180 days, they will automatically have that access removed. Level of impact: Service Change. Stale guest accounts and pending guest invites will now be removed automatically from Teams (and other Microsoft 365 Services). Guests can be re-invited at any time if they have been removed. Timing: Beginning 10am, Tuesday, October 1. Repeating every Sunday at 12am thereafter. Preparation: None required.
