What is impacted: We are preforming maintenance on our network authentication systems. This will impact access to the following services: VPN, Wireless Networks, Special Server/File Systems, VIU Data Center, Network Shared Drives, and Internet Services Access across all of VIU.
Level of impact: Service interruption. The above services will be unavailable for all VIU campus's and sites for up to 60 minutes during the maintenance window.
Timing: Wednesday, November 4, 9 pm to 10 pm.
Preparation: Please save any shared folder data or remote files you may be working on prior to the 9 pm window.
