What is impacted: We are performing maintenance work on equipment that connects the VIU network with the internet. Level of impact: Service interruption. Internet connectivity and connections to the VIU network may be unavailable or inconsistent for up to Ten (10) Minutes during the maintenance window. This will impact VPN connections to our network, access to network share-drives and on-campus devices accessing/synching with cloud services. Timing: Thursday, August 6, 6 am to 7 am. Preparation: Please save any shared folder data or remote files you may be working on prior to the 6 am window. Plan Teams calls and meetings outside of the maintenance window.
