What is impacted: VIU IT Network Services is preforming maintenance on our Firewall and Networking equipment.
Level of impact: Potential service interruption. Internet access, VPN connections and access to the VIU network may be unavailable or inconsistent for up to two (2) minutes during the maintenance window.
Timing: 6 AM to 7 AM, Thursday, December 11.
Preparation: Please save any shared folder data or remote files you may be working on prior to the 06:00am window. If network connectivity is important to your work, please schedule to work in another building or space during the maintenance window.
