What is impacted: Employee and student computers; Updates are being deployed to one of our device management servers. This will impact Windows 10 devices that use the Software Center, including most student and employee desktop workstations, as well as some older laptops. Devices that use Company Portal are managed by a different server, and not impacted by this update. Level of impact: Service Interruption. While this server goes through its update process the Software Center will be unavailable, or unresponsive. Timing: 9:30am – 11am, Thursday, October 17. Preparation: None
