What is impacted: We are updating VIU devices to a newer version of the GlobalProtect VPN Software. Level of impact: No Interruption; The next time you connect using GlobalProtect VPN, it may prompt you to install the update. After the software updates, it may prompt you to sign in twice more. It should reconnect you after the update finishes. If not, you may need to manually reconnect. Timing: Beginning Thursday, September 24 at 6 am. Continuing until all devices have updated. Preparation: None.
