What is impacted: A change to the Default Password format. The default password format will be changing for new staff windows accounts. Appointment Creators and Helpdesk staff will need to familiarize them selves with the new password format after the update. The new password format will be described on the new account creation details page that is generated after the new account is created.
Level of impact: Service Interruption.
Timing: 7:45 am to 8:00 am, Monday May 18.
Preparation: : Please plan to not create new accounts during the maintenance window. If you have any documentation that references the old default password format, it will need to be updated to describe the new default password format.
