What is impacted: We are updating the Security Certificates on our Managed Print server and multifunction printers. Level of impact: Service Interruption; During the maintenance window, each multifunction printer will go out of service for 2-3 minutes while being updated. The Managed Print Server staggers the deployment of the new certificates, do they don’t all update at once. Unfortunately, it cannot provide us with a schedule of which device gets updated when. Timing: 9am to 10am, Friday, June 20. Preparation: Please plan to do your printing outside of the maintenance window.
