Investigating

After this mornings updates to the Papercut managed print system, we have discovered that the "Add funds" tab is missing. Students cannot add money to their Papercut account using an online payment method.

In the interim, students can still purchase print cards from the Campus Store. They can redeem these cards using the "Redeem Card" option to add funds to their Papercut account.

Our technicians reach out to the vendor, and are investigating this challenge.
