What is impacted: VIU Hosted Network Storage; Our team will be performing maintenance that affects our VIU hosted network storage. This includes Departmental Shares, as well as VIU computer account U-Drives, Desktop, and Documents Folders. Level of impact: Service Interruption. During the maintenance window access may be interrupted to files stored in: - Departmental Shares - U-Drives - Windows Desktop - Windows Documents Folder These interruptions can range from 5 sec. to 10 min, and may occur several times. Timing: Wednesday, November 26, 5 PM to 7 PM. Preparation: Please save your work prior to the maintenance window. If needed, save copies of any needed files to your OneDrive and temporarily work off of that copy. Remember to copy any changed files back to the shared drive after the maintenance is complete.
