What is impacted: VIU Employee Portal and related tools; Microsoft is performing maintenance on the systems that may impact access to the VIU Employee portal. This includes tools accessed by the portal including HRIS, FIS and Procurement tools, among others.
Level of impact: Possible Service Interruption. During the maintenance period you might lose your session and need to log back in. All scheduled background jobs should progress successfully.
Timing: 1pm to 9pm, Thursday, April 25.
Preparation: None.
