What is impacted: Certain Application Logins may be delayed for learn.viu.ca, viuvideos.viu.ca, wordpress.viu.ca, studentblogs.viu.ca, learnsupport.viu.ca, ithelp.viu.ca, inviu.viu.ca, www.viu.ca VIU IT is making changes to improve the login service for these applications.
Level of impact: Service Interruption. The website will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Timing: 1:00pm to 2:00pm, Thursday July 12
Preparation: Login to the above services before the outage window if you need to access them during the outage. Once the outage is complete if you are unable to login to any of the above services please contact ithelp@viu.ca immediately and include which service you are trying to login to and the error you are seeing.
