What is impacted: The IT Service Desk team will be attending all day training with the rest of the IT team on March 4. We will not be taking calls or processing ticked during that time. The team will return, and service will resume on March 5. Level of impact: Service Interruption. The IT Team will be unavailable to answer calls, work on tickets or respond to urgent requests.
