What is impacted: VIU Administrative Systems; VIU Admin Systems on isapp.viu.ca (Student Records, SRS, SAWS, TDS, Room booking and document portals and other ES software) will be unavailable while a server change is made.
Level of impact: Service Interruption. All Administrative systems will be unavailable during maintenance window.
Timing: 8am to 8:30am, Monday, October 4.
Preparation: Save all work and close these systems and all applications connected to these systems prior to the maintenance window. Do not use these systems during the maintenance window.
