What is impacted: Student and employee printing at all VIU campuses. We are installing an urgent software update for our managed print systems.
Level of impact: Service Interruption. Student and employee printing will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Access to Papercut will also be unavailable.
Timing: 11:45 am to 12:30 am. Wednesday, September 2.
Preparation: Please plan to print outside of the maintenance window.
