What is impacted: IT Helpdesk Client Ticket Portal: https://ithelp.viu.ca
Level of impact: Service Interruption. Employees will be unable to access the IT Helpdesk Client Portal to check the status of their IT requests during the maintenance window. An error will be displaying stating "Page cannot be displayed”.
Timing: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, February 7.
Preparation: None required. If you need to submit an IT Request during the maintenance window please e-mail ithelp@viu.ca. Once the maintenance is complete, an IT request will automatically be created based on your e-mail and you will be e-mailed a ticket number.
