What is impacted: Network connections. Building 355 network and internet services including internet access, access to network files, email, VOIP phones, voice mail, and call flows.
Level of impact: Service Interruption. The above services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Timing: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Sunday February 17.
Preparation: Save your work and log off prior to the maintenance window to ensure you do not lose any work. Complete phone calls, data transfers, email send/receive prior to the maintenance window. Have a cell phone handy in case you need to make a call. Blue emergency phones are available if there is an emergency.
Post Maintenance: If you experience any connectivity challenges after the maintenance window please reboot the impacted device (computer, desk phone, cell phone or tablet).
