What is impacted: The systems that host PaperCut and our managed print queues are receiving security and software updates. These systems will need to be deactivated while this work is performed. Level of impact: Service Interruption. Employee and student printing will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Print jobs submitted during the outage may not be available for release once the upgrade is complete. Timing: Tuesday, June 16, 8am to 12pm. There is the chance that this might take longer to complete than planned. Preparation: Please plan to complete any necessary printing before the maintenance begins. Wait until services have been fully restored before sending new print jobs.
