What is impacted: Employee computer accounts; files saved on Desktop or in My Documents.
Level of impact: No interruption expected however employees may lose access to their Desktop or My Documents folders for up to 10 minutes during the maintenance window.
Timing: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon), Thursday March 16th.
Preparation: None required. If you lose access to your Desktop or My Documents folders, wait 10 minutes. If you cannot access them after the maintenance window is complete, please inform the IT Helpdesk.
