What is impacted: CEIL Client Ticket Portal: https://learnsupport.viu.ca/
Level of impact: Service Interruption. Employees will be unable to access the CIEL Client Portal to check the status of their requests during the maintenance window.
Timing: 9:30 am to 11:00 am, February 7.
Preparation: None required. If you need to submit an ticket/request during the maintenance window please e-mail learnsupport@viu.ca. Once the maintenance is complete, your request will automatically be created based on your e-mail and you will be e-mailed a ticket number.
