What is impacted: CIEL Client Ticket Portal: learnsupport.viu.ca Level of impact: Service Interruption. Employees will be unable to access the CIEL Client Ticket Portal to check the status of their requests during the maintenance window. Timing: 9:30am to 10:30am, Wednesday, August 9. Preparation: Please do not access https://learnsupport.viu.ca/ during the maintenance window. You can continue sending e-mails to learnsupport@viu.ca during the maintenance window and they will automatically be processed once we are done.
