What is impacted: All VIU network services including internet access, access to network files, email, 4 digit dialing, VOIP phones, voice mail, and call flows.
Level of impact: No interruption expected however if an issue occurs during the maintenance VIU network services listed above may be unavailable for up to 10 minutes.
Timing: 4:30 pm to 4:45 pm, Thursday March 16
Preparation: Save your work prior to the maintenance window to avoid any data loss should an issue occur.
