What is impacted: 1st / 2nd Floors 305 – IT Department, HR & Library Administration. Network infrastructure maintenance.
Level of impact: Service interruption. All wired and wireless access will be periodically unavailable during the maintenance window. VOIP phones, Shares, Email, Printing and Video Conferencing will be impacted.
Timing: 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday January 11.
Preparation: : Save any work and log off prior to the maintenance window at end of day Friday to ensure you do not lose any work.
