What is impacted: Internet connections to and from VIU Nanaimo Campus. Technicians will be performing network maintenance on the redundant fiber optic links that connect VIU to the internet.
Level of impact: Potential service interruption. There may be a small window of disruption for VOIP or Video Conferencing during the maintenance window.
Timing: 6:00 am to 7:00 am, Thursday February 6.
Preparation: Please make arrangements to do important internet related tasks before or after the maintenance window.
