What is impacted: VIU administrative systems. ES is conducting a VMS cluster restore and reboot. This will effect related systems, including SRS, FRS, HR/Payroll, CE Web registration, CESB, Document Portal, Planning, Library, and Moneris payment systems.
Level of impact: Service Interruption. All services listed will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Timing: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, Saturday July 13.
Preparation: Save all work and close these systems and all applications connected to these systems prior to the maintenance window. Do not use these systems during the maintenance window.
