What is impacted: VIU Global Protect VPN Service – IT is performing updates the GlobalProtect VPN tool. The software will update automatically on employee devices. Level of impact: Service interruption. During the maintenance window, employees may be disconnected from VPN, and have to re-connect. Timing: 12am to 12:10am, Thursday, July 15. Preparation: If working remotely via VPN, please save your work prior to the maintenance window.
