What is impacted: Cowichan campus employee computer accounts, share drives, U drives, and employee printing.
Level of impact: Service interruption. The above services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Timing: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Saturday April 14.
Preparation: Please log off your computer at the end of your day on Friday or Saturday. Do not log on/off a VIU computer during the maintenance window. After the maintenance window, if you have any issues accessing Shares, U Drives or Printers, please reboot your computer before contacting the IT Helpdesk.
