What is impacted: B340 Printer renaming; As B340 is being unified with B345 we are renaming the printers to match the new building number. Level of impact: Possible Service Interruption. There should be no interruption printing to the FindMe Printers. However if you are mapped to a printer by name, you will need to take some additional steps. After the Maintenance period is over, re-map the printer, replacing the 340 in the printer name with 345. Then remove the old printer mapping. Timing: 1pm to 4pm, Monday, October 3. Preparation: If you need help remapping your non find-me printer, please look at the installing a direct queue printer on the VIU Managed Print site.
